Website for a local clinic

A concept website for a small, independent clinic. The brief was to look calm and trustworthy, and to help patients find what they need without picking up the phone.

Many small clinics have websites built years ago, before most patients searched on their phones. Important details are buried, pages load slowly and staff answer the same questions again and again.

• A home page that shows treatments, opening hours and contact details straight away
• A simple page for each treatment, written in plain English
• Tap-to-call and directions buttons on every page
• An enquiry form that sends messages directly to the clinic's inbox

• It is designed to reduce repeat phone calls and make it easier for new patients to get in touch.
